Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival & Old Delhi Sightseeing

Arrive in Delhi and check into your hotel. Begin sightseeing at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, one of the city’s most revered Sikh temples, followed by Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque. Take a rickshaw ride through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk, and close the day at the Red Fort, the Mughal Empire’s former seat of power.

Overnight: Hotel Bloomrooms, Delhi

Day 2 — New Delhi Heritage Tour

Visit India Gate, the serene Lotus Temple, and the UNESCO-listed Qutub Minar. Continue to Humayun’s Tomb — the precursor to the Taj Mahal’s design — and end at Akshardham Temple, known for its intricate stone carvings. (Note: Akshardham has strict security — no bags, phones, or cameras allowed inside).

Day 3 — Drive to Agra & Taj Mahal

Depart for Agra (approx. [3–4] hours by expressway). Visit the Taj Mahal, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of Mumtaz Mahal, followed by Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. (Tip: Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays — flag this if your Day 3 could fall on one.)
